Since our intern is almost come to an end, simply means that we are nearer to final year. In the final year we are required to choose a specialization or major electives. For Chemical students, we have 5 choices, environment, plant, pro control, petroleum eng and gas and petchem. Mostly go for petroleum. I m not really interested in PE la. So my choice will be between gas n plant. What I do now is more or less related with petchem, so I register for gas and petchem eng, but from what I heard from senior, only around 20 students taking petchem last sem.
But if I take petchem, I will be alone in the class coz chao bear is taking either PE or plant design. Then tests and exam time I need to study alone. Whenever we have assignment who should I borrow from? Can I handle it alone? These 3 days really fan ler. But major will somehow affect our career in the future. How r?????????????
Perhaps I should wait till sem starts only decide again.

in fact, back in form 4, i actually wanted to take kejuruteraan one, but then since everyone went with science imma just tagged along
i find myself in the exact same situation right now. deciding what elective to take. and i still gonna go with majority.

mak teh, i could say that u shud take what the majority takes in order to be on the safe side...but i love u too much to simply suggest that =P. U shud take the major that u r most comfortable with..believe in urself. U can handle the assignments alone..just like how u r handling internship alone. this is smthing u r going to do for the rest of ur life ma..so follow ur heart...
